If you accessed or used the Simplilearn Platform in the United States between February 26, 2023 through September 16, 2026, you may be entitled to a payment from a $3 million class action settlement.

SUBMIT A CLAIM FORM BY DECEMBER 15, 2026
This is the only way to receive a payment.
EXCLUDE YOURSELF BY DECEMBER 15, 2026
You will receive no benefits, but you will retain any rights you currently have to sue the Defendant about the claims in this case.
OBJECT BY DECEMBER 15, 2026
Write to the Court explaining why you don't like the Settlement.
GO TO THE HEARING
Ask to speak in the Court about your opinion of the Settlement. The Final Approval Hearing is expected to occur in January 2027.
DO NOTHING
You won't get a share of the Settlement benefits and will give up your rights to sue the Defendant and the other Released Parties about the Released Claims described in Frequently Asked Question 10.
